Do you have a pricelist or catalogue?
Yes, you can click here to view. There is also an option to download as PDF or Spreadsheet.
Do you provide detailed invoices?
Yes, you get a detailed invoice automatically emailed with each order. You can also download your invoices from the account page. Invoices have all addresses and product details.
Is there a minimum order value?
£100 minimum order value for both delivery and click and collect. £100 minimum is excluding VAT.
Do I have to register to order?
No, you do not need to create an account with us.
How do I order?
Simply browse and shop the website, add items to your basket and checkout when you are ready. If there are any issues please contact us. We recommend you create an account before adding items to the basket, this way your items are saved to the basket.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major debit & credit cards, and bank transfer.
What is your delivery time frame?
We aim to dispatch your order same day if placed by 12pm (Noon) otherwise it will be shipped next day. Delivery is 99% next day however it can take a maximum of 2 working days for UK mainland orders. International orders are usually delivered between 3-10 working days.
Can I collect my order?
Yes, we offer a click and collection service. Orders are ready for collection within 24 hours, however it could be quicker or later depending on the items in the order.
Do you deliver internationally?
Yes, we do, see our delivery page for European delivery rates however for all other destinations please get in touch with us so we can discuss the arrangements.
I am not happy with my order or received damaged or incorrect goods, what can be done?
